At Tommy Tornado Golf Co., every item is custom-crafted after you order—stitched, printed, and prepped like it’s tee time in Tornado Alley. Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ve got your back like a rainproof cart cover.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a claim. Just shoot us an email at support@tommytornadogolf.com with:
    •    Your order number
    •    A description of the issue
    •    Clear photos of the item and problem area

We’ll either remake the item or issue a refund—whichever keeps the forecast sunny on your end.
